Santa Clarita Valley Magic S.C. Youth Soccer Academy
Six weeks sessions – Players age 5-9
When: Friday, November 7th
Time: from 4:30 to 6:00 pm.
Where: Heritage Park in Valencia.
Heritage Park is located on Newhall Ranch Rd., just west of McBean Parkway.

To enroll in the Youth Academy program please
fill out and provide the following:

SCV Magic Youth Soccer Academy form (click here)
Youth Academy Player Registration Application CYSA-S (click here)
print two originals and sign them both
Original Birth Certificate with 2 copies
3 small pictures 1" X 1"
Check made payable to SCVSC in the amount of $ 80 (New player) or $ 70 (Returning player) or $ 50
(Players signing up for the current session that goes from November 7, 2008 to November 21, 2008).
